Peace Medal / Medallion (1978) by Salvador Dali.
Auction end date: 3/27/2011 Sale price: $254 Details: 99g of 999 silver; 59mm diameter; edge stamped "Israel 0827"; with original wood stand / presentation box.
NOTE: sale price is about $100 over the actual silver value on this date.
So many different editions with different markings were minted of this coin it would be hard to tell for sure, but if it were verified that it was a proof or proto then one would assume it to be worth at least "something" more? Otherwise they are readily avail on ebay around 220 as of this date. What about the coin makes you think you have a protoype? I may have a Dionysiaque Unicorne Siver Medal proto and am doing research myself :) Very curious and hope you the best!-Teal
